Proud Sponsors of Tevis Cup Competitors 2011
Kadee Felton rode Varoom at Tevis on October 8, 2011, and out of 123 finishers she came in 68th. She had a LOT of horse left at the end. Out of 7 Junior Riders she finished 3rd! Many congratulations! Beth had a family emergency and unfortunately was unable to participate. "I was sad to not be there since the whole plan was to do it together, but life is full of surprises and sometimes all you can do is roll with the punches!"

In my past 20 years of endurance riding I believe without a doubt that Virgule Al Maury has sired the best endurance horses I have ridden. We currently own 3 Virgules and they are by far the most consistent, athletic (yet calm), logical endurance horses ever. All 3 began their careers as race track horses, and then continued on to their second career as endurance horses.
My 14 year old daughter and I have been planning Tevis together since she was 11 years old. I told her she had to wait until she was 15 due to the nature and danger of this ride, she will be 15 this April and we are going for it!
Kadee and I (and our entire crew) are great testimonials for Virgule Al Maury and Lone Chimney Ranch. Please look up our riding records and the records of our horses at aerc.org. We have had a very high completion rate over the years, which is exactly the kind of success most endurance riders strive for.
We appreciate Lone Chimney Ranch as well as track race trainer Helen Shelley for sponsoring us for this legendary event and highly publicized ride.
